| This next generation
compact video imager incorporates features desired by most OEM's and end
users. It is designed to provide maximum reliability and image quality
while being affordable and easy to maintain.
It's smaller size, which accommodates
today's compact, lightweight diagnostic systems, is a result of a unique
"folded optics" fixed-lens design and reliable, innovative
packaging. The CRT cavity is encapsulated to reduce maintenance and
mirror cleaning. There are no moving optics or film stage.*
It's front panel membrane-switch controls,
16-digit alphanumeric display, and front-loading of cassettes, makes
the VISIPLEX CCM620 ideal for installation in the imaging system console.
Automatic exposure control and density
corrections ensure reproducibility, eliminate drift and provide error-free
operation.

MORE
FEATURES FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE, HIGH PRODUCTIVITY AND VALUE
Seven-inch flat-faced 1400-line monitor with
P45 phosphor matched to the spectral response of most popular diagnostic
films.
Automatic interlace circuitry eliminates raster noise, increases discernment
of fine detail and provides broader dynamic range of the recorder image.
Multiple user memories permit selection, storage and recall of multiple
sets of image parameters for different film types and physician preference...
at the touch of a key.
Opto-mechanical cassette and dark slide detectors. Compatible with all
cassettes. Increased reliability over purely mechanical detectors.
Battery back-up of memories.

Advanced fixed lens optical system ensures
densitometric uniformity throughout an image.
Unique "folded optics" design for compact size.
Sealed CRT cavity eliminates dust and particles.
1 on 1, 2 on 2 or 1+4 on 1 formats on 8" x 10" film.**
Front panel controls and front loading of cassettes.
Accepts single-sided or dual-sided cassettes.
* 1+4 version features moving lensplate.
** Format must be selected at time of order.

| MODULAR
DESIGN
The VISIPLEX CCM620 Series Compact Video Imagers
are designed to accommodate future electronic, monitor and optics upgrades.
The electro-mechanical design, fixed optical system and enclosed monitor
and mirror area provide the highest reliability and also make the CCM620
Series readily adaptable to special OEM requirements.
MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL
Microprocessors control brightness, contract,
exposure, negative or positive image and eliminate double exposure of
an image.
Microprocessors also monitor all key system functions, provide automatic
image calibration and perform diagnostics with a minimum of operator attention.
SIMPLE SET-UP
Accurate control of print density enable results
to be repeated from camera to camera. Values provided for various film
types permit quick setting of alternate exposure, brightness and contrast
values in any of the memories.
REAL TIME ERROR/STATUS
INDICATION
Common operating errors and system status
are detected and visually indicated on the 16-digit alphanumeric front
panel display in easy to understand words.
